British Airways Unveils Dreamliner’s New First-Class Cabin

British Airways unveiled the new first-class cabin of its Boeing 787-9 this week, which debut on select Middle Eastern routes this November.

The new luxury cabins only have room for eight seats – as opposed to the 14 first-class seats offered on some of the carrier’s other jets – to enhance privacy and exclusivity.

The new seats feature soft leather and an additional headrest, as well as enhanced lighting options. The in-flight entertainment console has also undergone updates to include a smartphone-style headset.
