Bomb Threat Causes Schiphol Evacuation
On Monday morning, Departure Hall 3 of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) was evacuated after a man announced that he was carrying a bomb, causing local police to detain him as passengers fled.
A local television news station appeared to show a man lying on the ground surrounded by police, and eyewitnesses claim that people were running from the scene as soon as the threat presented itself.

According to police, airport operations have resumed and no injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.
