Pilot Phones Police: ‘Unruly’ Passengers

Audio files documenting the pilots of a British Airways flight grounded at Amsterdam Schipol Airport (AMS) contacting police to help deal with “unruly” passengers has surfaced online. The crew, who can also be heard discussing the police’s arrival, claim that the disruptive passengers were “verbally abusive.”
