BA Goof Strands Newly Wedded Couple at Airport Lounge

Married couple Natalie and Matthew Hogg that was allegedly forced to spend their wedding night in an airport terminal after a series of cancellations and mishaps left them stranded, and the couple is still attempting to receive compensation from carrier Iberia.

“It has proved incredibly frustrating battling so many airlines, all adamant that we had accepted any costs and risks when we accepted the reroute,” said Natalie Hogg. “Each one was uncompromising, and their pitiless customer service ruined our honeymoon.”
