A recent poll conducted by Cheapflights.co.uk revealed 15 of the U.K.’s top airports based on a bevy of customer satisfaction factors including Wi-Fi access, baggage claim wait times, and ease of checking in. Newcastle Airport (NCL) took the top spot, followed by Edinburgh Airport (EDI), and Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL). “Bigger isn’t always better, and more choice doesn’t always equate to satisfaction,” said Cheapflights.co.uk’s  Andrew Shelton.
