American Apologizes for Losing Bomb Victim’s Prosthetic Leg
A Boston Marathon bombing survivor took to Twitter Thursday to vent her frustration with American Airlines, who reportedly lost luggage that contained her prosthetic leg. Adrianne Haslet-Davis called American out for losing her equipment, tweeting, “So @AmericanAir is on it, [but] as per gag order I can’t say where they were lost but I need them ASAP.”
American responded via Twitter, saying, “We’re doing all possible to get you and your bag back together again.”

Haslet-Davis’ luggage, however, has not been returned. “Update; no update,” she tweeted Thursday. “Yet I love, & appreciate, & this show an example o how we can all rise above what happened & solve (sic)!”

Now we know why Long John Silver never flew American!
How many extra pair of legs did they give her?
I thought American now had Online tracking for checked items. Maybe she was too busy tweeting to download and look for herself.
