Esteban Ruiz Santiago, an Iraq war veteran accused of opening fire in the baggage claim of Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and killing five people appears to be mentally capable of standing trial, according to U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom.
