Alaska Flight Strikes De-Icing Truck at BOS

On Monday afternoon, an Alaska Airlines flight carrying 166 passengers struck a de-icing truck on the taxiway of Logan International Airport (BOS) just before the aircraft was set to depart for Portland International Airport (PDX).

“We apologize to our guests who have been inconvenienced this afternoon on AS Flight 33,” said a spokesperson for Alaska Airlines. “The safety of our guests and our workers is our number one priority.”
