Airlines Likely to Remedy Complaints, Ranked

GetAirHelp, a service that assists passengers needing compensation after they have faced a flight cancellation or delay, has released a survey that ranks 34 airlines based on, among other factors, the likelihood of addressing and resolving passenger complaints.

The survey found Qatar Airways and KLM to be at the top of the list, while EasyJet and Portuguese carrier SATA International took the last two spots, 33 and 34. U.S. legacy carriers like Delta, United and American landed in the middle, claiming spots 15, 20, and 21.
