Airline Plans Cuba Flights for January

A spokesperson for Alaska Airlines announced on Tuesday that they will begin providing regular service from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Havana, Cuba on January 5. The spokesperson claimed that the carrier will be the only company operating a nonstop service to Cuba from the West Coast.

Tickets for the new route were made available to flyers on Tuesday in conjunction with the announcement.
