Airline Offers Buddy Service for Passengers

Icelandair is now offering free travel friends for its passengers for up to seven days in a program called “Stopover Buddy” that runs from Feb. 2 to April 30. The “buddies” are actually employees of the airline who will accompany passengers who have signed up for the service during their stay in Iceland.
