AA Is Bulking up at LAX

Beginning in June, American Airlines will be adding 20 new flights per day and will reportedly hire 200 employees as it works to become the top carrier at LAX.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said, “LAX is well-positioned for greater growth, and I’m pleased that American Airlines is helping to expand our global reach.” The routes, which passengers can fly starting June 2, include services to Seattle, New Orleans, and Portland, Ore.
