AA Intros New Meals for Transpacific Business Class

In a collaboration with Chef Jun Kurogi of Japan Airlines, American Airlines has created a new menu for business class flyers traveling between Tokyo and the United States.

The meals in economy are a disaster. At least United made an effort to improve them; no longer lettuce and a cookie for desert. That's why I try to avoid AA on international routes. Plus the lousy 31" legroom down from 32".

That's not the whole menu, that's the Japanese meal menu. The View From The Wing article makes that clear, but the above synopsis is worded as if it's the whole menu.
