AA Flight Returns to MAN After Mid-Flight Emergency

An American Airlines flight from Manchester Airport (MAN) to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) returned to Manchester about an hour after takeoff after a “maintenance issue” occurred while the aircraft was flying over the Irish Sea. The flight was later canceled, forcing all passengers aboard the flight to be rebooked by American.
