AA Enters Agreement With Dispatchers, Operations Specialists

In a statement released Friday, American Airlines announced that it had reached an agreement with its operations workers. “Our dispatchers and ops specialists play a critical role in our airline and today’s tentative agreement represents a significant step in the integration process,” said company Vice President Lorne Cass. Details of the tentative agreement have not yet been released.
