AA Blames TSA for Flight Delays
American Airlines is blaming the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at Miami International Airport (MIA) for causing passengers to miss their flights. Airline spokesperson Alexis Aran Coello said, “What we are facing here at MIA is that passengers are standing in very long TSA lines and consequently missing their flights because the lines are so long.”

The worst TSA agents are at Miami. They delight in their "authority". Something should be done about it.
Absolutely agree, I had the misfortune of having a connecting flight at MIA, I and a couple of other passengers managed to get to the gate within a couple of minutes before boarding ended. The inefficiency and ineptitude and rudeness of these "agents" has to be seen to be believed. I witnessed one of my fellow passengers ask a TSA "agent" if there was anything that could be done to get us through faster as our flight left in a few minutes. He stated "No, it's your fault for getting here late, deal with it".
