5-Year Old Boy Suffers Second-Degree Burns on A Virgin Airlines Flight

A five-year-old boy suffered second-degree burns on a Virgin Airlines flight from Brisbane to Perth. The boy’s mother alleges that her son was burned when a flight attendant spilled a cup of hot noodles on her son’s leg while he slept and then failed to properly care for the burn causing further injury.

The airline is denying that they are at fault for the injury, but have refunded the family’s flight charges and paid for the child’s ambulance.
