Etihad to Shutter Its Business, First Class Lounge at LHR

As a continuing effort on Etihad’s part to reduce its running costs, the carrier plans to close its business and first clouse lounge at Heathrow Airport (LHR) to make way for an No1 installment in the space later on in October.

“Etihad Airways recently initiated a process of sourcing a reputable vendor to manage the airline’s lounge offering at key locations outside Abu Dhabi, starting with London Heathrow,” said a spokesperson for Etihad to Australian Business Traveller.
