Passenger Restrained With Zip Ties After Head-Butting FA

On Friday of last week, Delta Air Lines passenger Derek Maas was arrested in Oklahoma City after becoming drunk, violent and belligerent aboard his flight, including head-butting a male flight attendant.

In a statement, Delta Air Lines applauded the quick action and professionalism of the crew of Delta flight 2603 operating from Salt Lake City to Orlando which diverted to Oklahoma City…The flight continued to Orlando, arriving two hours past schedule.”
