On Thursday evening, a British Airways flight set to depart from Gatwick Airport (LGW) to Ibiza was prevented from taking off after several passengers allegedly brawled aboard the aircraft.
DJ Simon Dunmore tweeted about the incident:
Fight 🥊 on the flight from Gatwick to Ibiza. Take off aborted. Flight returned to the gate. One guy hiding in the toilet. 4 guys escorted off the plane by her majesty’s finest 👮‍♀️ police 🚓. BA has seriously upped it’s in flight entertainment game! pic.twitter.com/Zr5Roe5e5t

Hi there, this doesn't sound good at all. I'm sure our crew are handling the situation. If you have any concerns, please let them know. Hope you have a great time in Ibiza.^Jo

I'd like to suggest to Jo from Statefarm/BA that perhaps BA (and other UK carriers) should put breathalyzers at the gates that go to Ibiza, because damn, this is like once a week now. Regards, -Bouncer-
Nothing new here. The rowdy element in the UK acting up, on a leisure destination, and spoiling it for the rest of the country.
