Crew Helps Deliver Baby on Flight

During a Turkish Airlines flight from Conakry International Airport (CKY) to Istanbul, flight crew and passengers assisted in the birth of a child shortly after takeoff. The baby, whose name is Kadiju, was taken along with their mother to a medical facility after landing in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

“The cabin crew noticed that a woman passenger named Nafi Diaby, [who was] 28 weeks into her pregnancy, was suffering childbirth pains,” Turkish Airlines said in a statement. “They promptly responded to assist her childbirth during the flight.”

I've seen the photos of the infant. That's definitely NOT a 28-week baby, more like 38 weeks which is full-term.
