Reward Seat Availability Survey Ranks Airlines

The annual Reward Seat Availability Survey from IdeaWorks and Switchfly was released this week. According to USA Today, the Survey “strives to attain legitimacy by test-booking award flights on a multitude of routes, on a range of dates, on 23 airlines.” Per the results, the most generous airlines are Southwest Airlines (which tied with airberlin for first), Virgin Australia, and JetBlue (which tied with Lufthansa/SWISS/Austrian for third).
