Plane Evacuated After Passenger Notices Flat Tire

A Capital Airlines flight was evacuated at Kunming Changshui International Airport (KMG) Monday when a passenger noticed one of the aircraft’s tires was deflated. Passengers onboard the parked plane, which was set to fly to Hangzhou, were evacuated. The incident reportedly delayed them by three hours.
