TSA Begins Testing Behavior Screening

January 8, 2013 by Gerry Wingenbach

“Hey, girlie, are you smiling at that full-body scanner or are you just hoping for a pat down? You, big boy, you come here often? All the security lines in all the airports in the world and you walk up to this one.” TSA officers have a new high-tech tool beyond the logic of computers and about as clever as a mousetrap. They call it “managed inclusion.” We call it small talk.

A USA Today headline asks how many air traffic controllers handle each cross-country flight, say from LAX to JFK. Handoffs happen all over the map. This Passenger Probably Will Not Be Making Beautiful Music with Delta Air Lines Anymore

January 8, 2013 by Brian Cohen

Dave Schneider knew that the screeching noise which he heard was not a good sign. His prized $10,000.00 1965 Gibson ES-335 guitar had just been mangled between a mobile service elevator and a metal rail on the loading dock after the arrival of an aircraft operated by Delta Air Lines was parked at the gate after completing a flight from Buffalo to Detroit. A “musician’s worst nightmare” is what Schneider reportedly called the incident. Schneider supposedly attempted to...
