If you have as little as one dollar, you can help a feature-length movie about frequent fliers come to life.
I first met filmmaker Gabriel Leigh — also known as FlyerTalk member bombayhog — in Florida in 2009. He shot some footage, recording the interviews of frequent fliers — including myself — recounting their wildest experiences, which ultimately became a short film released in 2009.
Gabriel did a great job on this short film, which is the precursor to the feature-length movie which he is planning on creating. However, he has a $15,000.00 goal which he needs to reach by Friday, February 3, 2012 at 9:41 in the morning Eastern Standard Time — and he needs your help as soon as possible to reach that goal. As of the time this was posted, $1,551.00 was needed to reach that goal.
In honor of his movie on which the subject is about the frequent flier, I created a quick audio “teaser” to help pique the interest in funding his project…

Unfortunately — or fortunately, depending on how you look at it — the footage of me would up on the “cutting room floor” and was not in the short film after all. That is all right, though — and this is a shameless plug, I will admit — as an actor on the side, I have other film projects such as this independent movie short set to begin shooting next month to keep me busy for the time being…
