FlyerTalk Has a New Forum. Do You Care? You Should…

If you are involved with a charity organization, FlyerTalk Cares! is the brand-new forum on FlyerTalk to request support and spread the word about the charity. The only criteria is that you are an engaged member of FlyerTalk — with a combination of having posted 180 times and officially registered for 180 days on FlyerTalk — and that the charity meets the tax-free charity guidelines of the country where you reside.

Additionally, you may use your signature to link to the thread posted in the FlyerTalk Cares! forum so that no matter where you post throughout FlyerTalk, you can spread the word where fellow FlyerTalk members will be able to learn about the cause which is important to you.

“FlyerTalk has always been engaged in charities,” says FlyerTalk member and community director SanDiego1K. “We’ve given money to tsunami relief, AIDS walks, KIVA, the Ponheary Ly Foundation, and more. We’ve had a variety of approval methods in the past, from Talkboard or Randy Petersen or more recently me. We’re all getting out of the way so that you are empowered to work on and ask support for your favorite charity.

“Our hope is that a more obvious way of asking for support will motivate more of you to give.”

Please help FlyerTalk become a driving force in changing the world for the better. Thank you.
