Stay three separate qualifying times now through Monday, September 1, 2014 at Best Western branded hotel properties located in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean during the 2014 Summer Promotion and earn a voucher for a free night — but you must first register, and registration is open now through August 10, 2014.

You can only earn one voucher towards a free night throughout the duration of this promotion; and you may choose whether you prefer a paper voucher or an electronic voucher.

Once you receive the voucher for your free night, be sure to use it before January 31, 2015 — which is the date when it is scheduled to expire. You should expect to receive the voucher for your free night up to three weeks after you have completed the third qualified stay.

Consecutive nights do not count as stays. However, the three separate stays can be at the same or at different Best Western hotel properties. This can be confusing — so to ensure that you do indeed get credit for three separate stays, I recommend you find two Best Western hotel properties and stay at one for the first and third nights and the other for the second night if:

  1. You are staying at the same destination city for three or more nights, and
  2. You do not plan on staying at another Best Western hotel property for the remaining duration of the promotion.

As I first posted here back on June 4, 2013 during a virtually identical summer promotion, hopefully you will not have a lot of baggage to lug around if you decide to do this — but hey…is it worth a voucher for a free night at a Best Western hotel property to you?

If you prefer to have a paper promotional free night voucher mailed to you after you qualify for this summer promotion, you must contact the customer care team via telephone, as they will be able to inactivate the promotional free night voucher that was sent by e-mail message to you and send to you a paper free night voucher instead.

Other terms and conditions apply.
