There is currently a promotion where you may be able to earn 1,000 Priority Club Rewards frequent guest loyalty program points in exchange for taking a few minutes to fill out a questionnaire and answer 17 questions.
I decided to complete this questionnaire, but I have two caveats: first, do not be surprised if it takes longer to load the questionnaire than it does to actually fill it out. Second, a disclaimer at the bottom of the questionnaire clearly states that only Priority Club Rewards members who receive an e-mail message with a link to the questionnaire are eligible to earn the 1,000 Priority Club Rewards frequent guest loyalty program points, so I may not earn the points after all — and I probably will not find out definitively until four to six weeks later, when the points are to be added to my account.
Once finished, I had a problem getting the Submit button to work — until I realized that I completed my date of birth in the wrong format. If you are from the United States, be aware that the format is day and then month, not month and then day.
I did not receive any confirmation via e-mail message about successfully completing the survey, but the following text appeared in a “pop-up” window:
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
Many thanks for completing our survey. To show our appreciation 1,000 bonus Priority Club points will be credited to your account in 4-6 weeks.
I suppose I will see if I indeed earn 1,000 Priority Club Rewards frequent guest loyalty program points. If not, I only wasted about 30 minutes of my time overall, including such glitches as waiting for the Internet web site to load.
Will this promotion be similar to this promotion where I and many other FlyerTalk members did not receive the 1,000 Priority Club Rewards frequent guest loyalty program points after all? We will find out soon enough…
