Needles found in as many as six sandwiches served in the premium class cabin have reportedly been found aboard four Delta Air Lines flights from Amsterdam to Seattle, Minneapolis and Atlanta, with at least one injury being reported as a result.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation in the United States has launched an investigation.
