Kate Moss arrived at Turkey’s Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) Monday evening, and according to eyewitnesses who shared their encounters on Twitter, the supermodel was “very drunk.” Moss, 40, joined the EasyJet queue alongside other passengers hoping to board the budget airline’s flight to London Gatwick Airport (LGW).

“It was pretty obvious that Kate had had a bit to drink as she was talking loudly and didn’t seem worried about being seen,” one eyewitness told the Daily Mail.

According to the Daily Mail, Moss is believed to have been returning from The LifeCo detox center in Göltürkbükü. After chatting with the duty manager for some time, holding up the long line at the check-in counter, she was ushered onto the plane.

“The general consensus was that she didn’t have a ticket,” one eyewitness told the Mail. Many believe she “blagged,” the UK equivalent of wheedling, her way onto the flight for free.

An EasyJet representative has since said that everyone on the flight had paid for their seat. They went on to dismiss claims that Moss disrupted the flight, which was delayed by over two hours. The delay, according to the representative, was a result of the incoming flight.

On board, Moss was reportedly happily chatting with the passengers around her.

Another UK-based celebrity’s blagging efforts recently fell short and resulted in a viral Twitter rant. Maisie Williams, the 17-year-old Game of Thrones star, took to social media after British Airways refused to let her into their business lounge.

“Denied from the business lounge once again for being under 18 and without an adult… @British_Airways sort your s**t out,” Williams tweeted July 19. She continued sharing her frustrations through a series of tweets over the next hour.

British musician Ed Sheeran joined in Williams’ attack on BA, tweeting out: “Ah, British Airways. You failed again.”

Due to the fact BA business class lounges offer a self-service complimentary bar, the airline prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from entering without an adult. They replied to Williams’ frustration with an apology and brief explanation of their policy. Williams, in turn, replied with: “Yes.. @British_Airways fully understand that, my question is why? Why can we travel alone but not use the lounge? It makes no sense.”

Virgin Atlantic then threw their policy into the Twitter battle. Travelers as young as 16 are allowed into their VIP lounges, but 16 and 17-year-olds are not allowed to drink. Williams retweeted the airline’s policy and described it as “the logical answer.”
