I found this hotel to have the worst service. We had friends staying with us, and we all had terrible experiences, the worst being by the pool where food and drink orders never arrived. Every day we were assured by the Customer service manager, or whatever the W title is, that it would be addressed and it wasn't. The staff blamed each other, and as it never improved, the hotel comped one night. They lost hundreds of Euros a day in cocktails from us alone.
