I am very sorry you have not received your 7000 United miles.
I have sent another message to have them look into why you have not received these points.

I realized at this point that I need to make this issue more public in order to make Wyndham actually do something about it.

Go to the Wyndham Facebook page and post your complaint so it is publicly visible. My guess you will obtain a response from them within three to five days. I had an issue with a best rate guarantee claim a little over a year ago where I wasn't getting anywhere. I ended up airing my grievance on their Facebook page. Shortly thereafter, they called me to try and rectify the situation.
