Take a look at Orthaheel. Their shoes have built-in orthotics. For the first time in years I'm able to wear summer footwear - sandals - with correct support. The other brand I wear is P.W. Minor, with removable footbed for insertion of orthotics. Few of their styles are "elegant," but some are OK.

I'm in my late twenties and developed shin splints (overpronation, and years of wearing flat flats), and I can't find cute flats as well. Probably going to get orthotics. Sighs.
