Cannot email lounge passes....

Cannot email lounge passes....

Hi There - hoping you can help. I am selecting the option to email some lounge passes to myself and no vouchers are sent to me after I click the Email Vouchers button.

Anyone have a similar issue? Any suggestions? Have emailed CS but was thinking someone here may have had the same problem....thanks in advance.

Never had an issue emailing lounge passes to myself.

Most lounges I've been in for the last year have not required a printed copy. They just looked up my FF# in the system and were good from there. YMMV

definitely a technical problem, I've never had a problem sending it to myself.

WestJet really should resolve it since it can affect your travels.

Hope they get on it ASAP.

WJ is definitely a leader with their Customer Service when one calls in - the call back option is brilliant. Online presence, well, still waiting for Darren to get back to me.

Sorry about the delay, yyz-kin,

We received your private message then replied and asked you to send your name (for privacy reasons we can't discuss member's information without a real name and WestJet Rewards ID).

Unfortunately, by the time you emailed back, the WestJet Rewards team was out of the office over Christmas and New Year.

They're back today and I should have a chance to connect with them this afternoon.

So, your entire team has been out of office since the 24th? I have a hard time understanding how the entire team has been away for eleven days...

Eighteen days to get a response from West Jet with respect to my online request. I know someone else reported submitting an online request - if they can update that would be appreciated.

If anyone does have a similar issue, below is the process.

Darren - what should people do if flying out of JA or IRE?

You have two options for getting your lounge vouchers:

Take note of your voucher numbers, so you can present them to the attendant at the lounge.. The attendant will record them and send them our way for redemption.

Ensure that your WestJet Rewards number is attached to your booking.. It will be printed on your boarding pass.. You can present your boarding pass with your WestJet ID to the lounge, and you will be granted access. ..Please note this will not work for our lounges in Jamaica and Dublin.

Just a thought, I had trouble emailing voucher my secured browser, changed to a more conventional one (explorer) no more issues. It may be a browser problem.
