Fees going up?
When did WestJet limit the number of free checked bags to 1?
And are most fees going up or to these new "ranges" now include the tax?

The one bag limit was imposed some time ago. At least you get one on flights to the US!
My read on the fees is that the ranges account for different sales taxes in different jurisdictions with the lower number being WestJet's actual take though it could be a sneaky way to inch up fees.
