Well I live in Calgary and would like to see them expand their vacation destinations to the caribean.
St-Maarten?
Grand Cayman?
Bermuda?
Puerto Rico?
The choices out of calgary are limited. I would love to go to the above destinations but dont want to have to go to montreal or toronto.
Also somewhere in Texas would be neat. Oh and boston?

Oh gosh! Don't those destinations sound just decadent!!! It would be great to see more destinations like those you listed out of YYC but I think WJA can't do them with the current equipment. It's quite a ways from Toronto to those listed, so even further from Calgary and probably wouldn't have enough range to get them there without a tech stop which I am sure they want to avoid like the plague!

I would like to see Westjet add flights to unserved cities in Canada, such as Sherbrooke (YSC), which has not had scheduled service since the 80's when there was a Boston and Quebec City run. For some reason this metro are of 200,000 has not been on the airline map for ages and does not seem to be on anyone's radar for future service.

The only airlines in Canada and the US that remain profitable through thick and thin are the ones that don't have a business class.
I don't know why they'd change their proposition to chase business class customers. No one seems to make any money WITH business class!
It would also change their customer service policy where every one is treated with first class service.
I do not see business class happening anytime soon!

The YXU to either coasts probably wouldn't stand on their own, but the fact that YXU is basically a stop on the YVR-YHZ and return is probably what they hope will make it viable.
