I am in receipt of an email from Duncan Bureau in which Corridor Pass holders have been granted an extra month of coupon validity, as well as receiving an extra 2 credits (equivalent to a free YUL/YOW-YYZ r/t)...plus a direct email address at which to place reservations in order to bypass the clogged res lines.
I believe that this is an honourable and reasonable apology for the problems encountered to date as well as a viable solution (a buddy of mine advised that he received a response within 60min for the email he sent to place a reservation...as well as had a phone call back from Gregg Saretsky, so, this shows a willingness to keep pax in the fold).
