Sheraton awards?

Westin points can be traded for Sheraton Club Miles. (5 for 1) What is the Sheraton award structure?

1 shearton point equals 5 westin points.

I have used my points mainly for hotel stays. For most hotels I have stayed at 4000 points are needed for one night stay. Some hotels require 3000 points per night, some require more points (I think 6000 points but I am not sure). The good thing about Sheraton is that the points can be used for weekend or weekday stay. Can also convert points to equal number of miles (2500 point min transfer).

Sheraton's one of the better programs for
converting. I rolled over most of my Sheraton points to Westin so I can use the
"beach/fun" part of my Maui trip for free.
Both Sheraton and Westin were nice about
converting.

In the past, I ahve used Sheraton points for
hotel stays and once to boost my Delta account for a ticket. Sheraton's my "back up
plan" for travel and I'm satisifed with their hotels. CATMAN
