Perch or walleye in Phoenix?

Does anyone know of any restaurants that serve yellow perch or walleye here?

Yeah I know. When I lived in Scottsdale last time there was a restaurant in the SDL airpark that had it. The owners were from the Twin Cities and shipped in fresh walleye and perch everyday. It was delicious. I don't remember the name of the place but they are gone.

Really surprised that no one mentioned this place:
http://www.saltcellarrestaurant.com/

Been around forever. They have fish flown in daily. It isn't cheap.
