I'd avoid the Renaissance. Popcorn ceilings in the rooms, and just very dated (unless it was very recently refreshed).
Of the Sheraton or Westin, they're both pretty new. The Westin has more of a boutique feel to it.
But nothing wrong with the Sheraton either. It has a decent fitness center and an outdoor lap pool (just 1 or 2 lanes) on a terrace.
Rooms, restaurants, and public areas of both are great. Both have easy access to downtown as well as the light rail.
I've been to the Sheraton Wildhorse Pass, and unless it has recently been refurbished, I'd avoid it. It was just a bit tired the last time I was there (I think 3 or so years ago). And it is much further out of town. However, it is situated well if you want to daytrip to Tucson or beyond.
If points/status isn't a big deal, I'd just stay at the Wildhorse Pass Casino, a new-ish hotel tower. Has a decent pool. Yes, the casino is there, but so are a bunch of restaurants and clubs.
