Buying miles/pts on VS site
I need some miles to top up the account in order to redeem what I need and am thinking of buying.

Question - how long will it take for the miles to appear in the account? Is it instant or does it take time for the purchased miles to post?

It is pretty much instantaneous. Just log our of your account and then back in, and the miles have appeared - at least, that was my experience.

I agree with Nick. I bought them whilst going through the process of booking a reward flight.
