serfty, I'm not sure what you mean 
I'm there on Sunday and hoping to catch up in person with the Lounge (Duty) Manager. Have sent email to the current Lounge Manager as well as the inaugural Lounge Manageress (Goddess) to see if she wants to attend.
Not sure if we can arrange a Tour of anything in the Terminal precinct or externally (Hangars etc), but already onto the VA Marketing Director and waiting to see what he says...

Updated posts 1 and 2 to here.
On my past couple of flights I have caught up with the new BNE VA Lounge Goddess and gave her a background on our group (including the 14 years of QF Lounge meetings). She is positive about hosting the event and interested to hear that 3 QF WP1's are attending - she might be asking you the reasons why you fly QF so much
She is not sure whether access to Maintenance or Catering (or similar) will be able to be arranged and we noted that the Lounge and VA Terminal will have minimal staff rostered on. We also spoke about Catering requirements which I advised that depending on numbers, may not affect their supply side.
We will be in contact in July/August to finalise the program. I advised that the QF version generally had the on duty Lounge Manager drop in to mingle and I am also seeing whether either of the 2 VA Captains I know in BNE will be available and willing to address our group.

I forgot to pencil in the 19th of August for BNE ...will have to be a miss for this meeting now
BUT if any flyers are still lurking around at BNE on the 20th of August I will be flying in the morning making full use of the Virgin lounge ..as an arrival lounge !
