VOZ1909
Watching on flightradar24 VOZ 1909 from PER to XCH flew around in circles for about an hour attempted to land and now seems to be on its way to Indonesia. Another plane H25B just behind it also did some bog laps and also then couldn't land. That one seems to be on its way back to Australia.
Any ideas as to whats going on?
