Moving 45K DL points to Velocity
what is the best option for Moving 45K DL points to Velocity?
Should I transfer the DL Points to SPG then to Velocity?
Anyone know how to move them to QFF instead?
I researched online for an hour but am kind of in a quandary.

You may be SOL - although you might be able to book hotel rooms with DL miles apparently.
SPG do not transfer to QFF, not sure about Velocity.

DL as in Delta is not a partner in QF so you would not be able to transfer points to QF.
I think that SQ and VA are the only ones that allow a tranfer at 1.35:1, from my reading of DL, you edit(can't do a transfer of points, though you) edit: can use an award on each using points from the other.
Don't think you can do a transfer between DL and VA of points.

Starpoints can be transferred to Velocity 1:1 although I think it's a recent option https://www.velocityfrequentflyer.co...ints-transfer/

Transferring airline miles out of airline programs is pretty much impossible for most airline programs other than:
- the VA<->SQ transfers mentioned above
- Virgin Atlantic, Icelandair and Hawaiian miles can be transferred to Hilton HHonors
- Aeromexico miles can be transferred to Camino Real Hotel's loyalty program
You can use DL miles for hotel stays or car rentals although at low redemption values.
