EY pts and lounge access when travelling VirginAustralia
I have been having a lot of trouble even getting my number in the bookings let alone free baggage and lounge access.
Also not getting the points when the number is successfully put in at checkin.
Anyone else with the same problems.
also cannot select decent seating.
