2 free premium tickets and 1 companion ticket

Can someone please give more information on the VA black credit card, say youve done the £10,000 spend on the card within 12 months how do you redeem the 2 free premium economy tickets and the free companion ticket?

are there taxes and surcharges to be added etc etc

Do you mean the premium economy upgrade vouchers?
These are valid when you redeem miles for an economy ticket (and pay the £300+) charges - subject to availability.

There are loads of threads about the companion tickets - these are only valid with expansive flexible buckets and two points earning tickets can usually be bought for less money.
