I haven't received my bonus or my auto convert yet - spoke to VS and they said cos it's a new clubcard number it might take a bit longer.
I've got the Tesco statement saying they sent it so just need to wait another 2 weeks before panicing
Mrs S's points posted as normal though

Peanuts! If you want to accumulate Virgin miles using Tesco consult the BA board's Tesco thread or Paid to Shop, a site specialising in Tesco points (inter alia). Head for Points by Raffles is also good.
I collect lots of BA Avios, mostly through Tesco so it will work for Virgin collectors too. I am going to partake of this offer as I have some isolated Virgin miles that I need to top up.
Happy flying.

I don't have a flying club account yet, and am interested in converting Tesco > VS miles to transfer them on to Hilton points <cough>
Is there any kind of sign-up bonus for the FC account? No current plans to fly with VS (!) but thought I'd ask

Thanks for the speedy reply!
Do Virgin domestic services trigger the points?
I have. Twice, in fact!
Can I book now at current redemption rates for stays later in the year? It appears so (trial bookings show Conrad NYC and Conrad HKG still at 50k/night in April) but is this true across the board?

Hope you have double-checked the points for the Hilton you want in light of the new reward chart unveiled last week!

Yes you can, but please bear in mind that although Tesco to VFC is quick (mine always post overnight) VFC to HH can take longer, and so therefore I would convert sooner rather than later.
Yes Virgin domestic routes do earn VFC too, I'm not sure of the exact amount but the website/ dummy booking will tell you.
HTH.

Little Red earns at 750 miles per sector and burns at 7500. Doesn't appear to get any tier points though.

How do you convert CC points to FC miles outside of the autoconvert?
I last converted at end of Jan, but now have acquired another 3,000 or so CC points that I want to convert.

Log into your Virgin Atlantic FF a/c then hit on 'Earn Miles' (LH side of screen) then click on link to Tesco CC and follow the manual conversion instructions.
Then see those bonus miles roll in!

It probably makes sense to cancel the autoconvert once you receive your 1000 bonus miles, accumulate vouchers, and then manually convert whenever the bonus comes along (or whenever you desperately need VS miles...)

You've missed the 50% bonus on those Tesco points as end date was 5 March. Better hold on to them until next time, although date unknown.
