U/C email complaint address?
I travelled back from SFO in UC recently, and was very disappointed to find that the video screen was broken. No other seats available, so I ended up with a naff selection of older films on a portable DVD player 
Is it reasonable to complain (the selection of DVD's was really crap), and if so, what is the best email address at VS to lodge a complaint about UC service on a flight?
(Hmmph, if only I was a Gold rather than a lowly silver I'm sure my complaint would be taken more seriously...)
