SFO to jfk / nyc - how do VX F and B6 F compare?

Hi all,
Whimsical trip for SFO/nyc - probably a red eye to save time and cost.
How does F compare between Vx and b6 for this routing?
I only fly VX F between SFO/ord and HA F for SFO/OGG.
I last went to nyc in 2010 (Ua F) but I've ended Ua flying.

Thank you!
Michael

VX F is a recliner. B6 (Mint) is a full lie flat.

The equation is price. For a day time flight, I'd not shy away from VX. If Mint is anywhere near VX F, go for Mint.

I think (from google flights) that b6 F (I assume mint business) is cheaper than VX F. I haven't checked actual airline sites to compare. I've never flown b6!

B6 is VX lite, except for the Mint Cabin.

It is no competition. Mint is likely cheaper and for an overnight flight, it is way better than VX F.

Thanks everyone. I've given up on the trip - the hassle and $$ is a certainty but I can't imagine the trip being worth it. I miss the old days of $379 & miles on ual ps, row 9! Even MCS and b6 extra space are both closer to $700. I'm not flying to EWR.
