Cost of upgrade to first SFO-EWR
Does anyone know the current cost of the upgrade from main cabin to first class for SFO-EWR? How far in advance of the departure does this become available?
Also - What do they serve for breakfast?

From MC to F its $399. I don't recall what they serve for breakfast, but it's likely a choice of some yother/smoothie type item and a hot oatmeal type item, along with some fruit. The breakfasts are actually quite good, but its been a while since i d had one on a long-haul since I prefer night flights.
